DESCRIPTION

JS Cementitious waterproof coating is composed by two component (liquid and powder). The liquid component comes from the mixture of acrylic acid and silicon co-polymerization emulsion polymerization adding a variety of additives by foreign technology. The powder component is a kind of inorganic powder from the mixture of raw waterproof material. This is a new type of waterproof material with high flexibility, strength, water resistance.

• Surfaces  under  tiles  in  swimming  pools,  balconies,  rooms, bathrooms, kitchens
• Shafts, water tanks (also potable water), silos
• Underground surfaces of buildings, interior or exterior
• Tunnels and motorway bridges

All measurements are taken at 22ºC and 50% relative humidity. Specifications vary according to site conditions and should be taken as a guide only.


COVERAGE

Recommend dosage: 2.5kg/sqm, 1mm thickness, total thickness no less than 1.5mm.


SHELF LIFE

Do not store product exposed to weather and sun. When kept in a cool, dry and protect area, sealed pail have a 12-months shelf life.


APPLICATION GUIDANCE

• Mix the fluid and powder component together according to the percentage.
• First put the liquid component in the barrel,then pour the powder and then mix two component by stirrer.
• The first coat surface drying time is 4H, the temperature lower,the time longer.
• When the first coat is dry,start the second coat until achieve the required thickness.
